The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Accountability and Business Coach who is passionate about empowering mortgage loan officers to reach their maximum potential. The ideal candidate will have a background in the mortgage industry, coaching expertise, and a deep understanding of business strategies. The Accountability and Business Coach will work closely with our Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) to drive performance, build capabilities, and improve productivity. This position requires a keen understanding of the mortgage business, strong analytical skills, and exceptional coaching abilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the success of mortgage loan officers nationwide. Responsibilities:• Conduct coaching sessions with mortgage loan officers to help them create and implement. personalized plans for success with a focus on business development, goal setting, and problem-solving strategies.• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, holding them accountable for achieving their goals and tracking their progress.• Utilize data-driven approaches to track performance metrics and derive insights on MLO productivity.• Conduct ongoing assessments of the client's progress, providing constructive feedback and modifications to plans as necessary.• Collaborate with the Mortgage Marketing Animals coaching team to develop and refine coaching materials, tools, and resources.• Foster a supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide relevant advice and guidance.• Provide feedback to the leadership on common struggles and areas of improvement among MLOs. Qualifications:• At least five years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a coaching or leadership role.• Proven track record in coaching or mentoring roles, with demonstrable results.• Excellent understanding of sales strategies, business development, and performance metrics in the mortgage industry.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 Based on Experience About Company: At the Mortgage Marketing Animals, we coach and mentor Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, and Branch Managers. Our team shows mortgage professionals how to grow and scale their businesses. And most importantly, how to have the best work and life balance possible, so they can spend more time with their loved ones.
