If you are eager to learn in a well-organized kitchen, and thrive on teamwork, working with our deli will be a fulfilling opportunity. Deli staff provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and well-stocked department, and are positive contributors to the Deli Department team. They prepare and package quality food in an open, professional kitchen; maintain retail displays of deli and bakery items to keep shelves looking fresh and fully stocked. They follow all established procedures, working both independently and as a team to achieve department goals. Our ideal candidate has experience: Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Demonstrating strong communication skills Thriving while working with a large team completing varied tasks Preparing large volumes of food following high standards Maintaining ServSafe safety and sanitation guidelines This is a part-time or full-time position with benefits including medical (30+ hours/week), dental and vision, 3+ weeks paid time off, 20% store discount, profit-sharing bonus, 401k with matching 3%, paid parental leave, employee assistance program, and more.
