DATA ENTRY OPERATOR JOB AVAILABLE IN SOUTH BEND, IN Volt is immediately hiring a Data Entry Operator in South Bend, IN As a Data Entry Operator, you will be:This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. Entering orders, claim freight claims. Communicating with Customers or Freight carriers. Confirming order updates and checking information if ETA's have changed and sending updates to customers. Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Detecting errors using verifying procedures and making changes as instructed. Transcribing data from source material into computer-compatible format. Providing key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing, and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing. Making standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics. Gathering, compiling, and verifying information and entering it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have: Associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management. Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
